Access to GRanDMA OnLine requires a GRanDMA subscriber account that includes a login. Those credentials are chosen when you sign up for GMOL.

If you forget your username and password, click on "Lost your password?" on the login page. There you can enter either your username or your email address, and your credentials will be emailed to you.

Of course, this will only work if a working email address is available. (Note that no personal information or financial information are stored using this password, so high-level security is not required.)

Once you are logged in, you can click on "My Account" in the menu. There you can change your password or change your email address.
